Materials Used
I use only the highest quality of sterling silver, Bali silver, semi
precious stones, Czech glass, Swarovski crystals and fresh water
pearl beads.
Care Instructions
To help prevent tarnishing, store your piece of jewelry in the bag
that it came in. Please do not soak in jewelry cleaner. I recommend
using a polishing cloth on the silver elements only. You may use a
little soapy water on a soft cloth to clean the beads.
Placing an order
When you find that special piece and would like to place an order,
simply send me an email. I will contact you as soon
as possible.
*There is no extra charge for custom designs.
Payment
I accept paypal as well as checks.
Length of process
It takes one to three days to process your order. Custom orders
usually take a little longer. Then it is shipped out via priority
mail. On average it will take about one week. If for any reason you
need your order sooner please contact me and I will try to
accommodate you the best I can.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $5.35 on orders within the continental US. For
all other orders please contact me.
Tracking
I will email a tracking number to you as soon as your package is
sent out.
Returns
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your piece of
jewelry, you have 10 days from the day of delivery for a complete
refund, excluding shipping and handling
If your bracelet is sized incorrectly please contact me within 10
days from delivery to avoid a re-stringing charge.
If for any reason your piece should break, within the first 30 days,
I will re-string it for free. This also applies to any charm either
detaching from the piece or breaking. After the 30 day period there
is a $5 re-stringing charge (per strand), reattachment or
replacement of charm. You are responsible for shipping. Please let
me know you are sending the piece back for this reason.
*Helpful hint:
Please be aware that returns lost or damaged during shipment cannot
be given credit. Please insure your package.

$10 from each bracelet sold will go toward the specific charities.
Bracelet Sizing
Using a measuring tape please measure around your wrist behind your
wrist bone (closer to your elbow rather than your hand) and add one
inch to that measurement. This is your bracelet size.
Adults:
Petite 7 inches
Small 7.25 inches
Medium 7.50 inches
Large 7.75 inches
Ex-Large 8.0 inches

Mothers and Children’s Personalized Bracelets
For mother’s bracelets you have a choice of a single letter,
monogram style lettering or the full name (s). Please specify, when
ordering, which lettering style, what birth month(s), and if you
would like a charm.
For children’s bracelets please specify monogram or full name. For
the butterfly and flower bracelet please specify which color crystal
or all silver. Please also specify if you would like a charm (puff
heart or cross)
